1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing credits or otherwise using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and are authorized to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

2. Service Description

The Service provides online PDF and common document conversion tools, including but not limited to merge, split, compress, convert, OCR and related features. It is delivered as a digital SaaS product over the internet. Some features rely on third-party processing infrastructure.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activities under your account.
• If you register on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.
• Notify us immediately at the contact below if you discover unauthorized use.

4. Credits and Packages

The Service uses a credit-based model. You may purchase credit packages as shown on the pricing page. Credits are virtual usage units within the Service and have no cash value unless required by applicable law.

5. Billing and Payment

• Each credit purchase is a one-time transaction authorized at checkout.
• All payments are processed by Waffo Pancake as Merchant of Record. We do not store your card data.
• Prices are displayed on the pricing page and do not include applicable taxes unless stated.
• We may adjust credit consumption rules or package prices with prior notice.

6. Credit Validity and Account Termination

Purchased credits remain valid while your account is active. If your account is terminated, unused credits will expire after a reasonable period unless otherwise required by law.

7. Refund Policy

• Due to the instant delivery nature of digital services, consumed credits are generally not refundable.
• You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the credits have not been used.
• Duplicate charges caused by billing errors will be refunded in full.
• Statutory withdrawal rights (where applicable, such as in the EU/UK) are reserved.

8. Billing Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at the email below before disputing the transaction with your bank. We aim to respond within 2 business days and resolve confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.

9. Content and Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of the files you upload and the converted results.
• By uploading files, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license solely to provide the Service to you.
• You represent that you have the necessary rights to the files you upload and that they do not violate any law or third-party rights.
• We will not use your uploaded files to train AI/ML models without your explicit consent.

10. Acceptable Use Policy

• You may use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• You may not upload files containing malicious code, infringing content, illegal material, or content that violates the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You may not resell, sublicense or abuse the Service, circumvent security measures, or interfere with other users.
• You may not use the Service to generate misleading, harmful or illegal content.

11. Data, Privacy and Security

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Card data is processed by Waffo Pancake and is not stored on our servers. Account data may be retained for a reasonable period after account closure for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of conversion results.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
• You should back up important files yourself. We do not guarantee absolute safety or permanent availability of files during conversion.

13. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach, suspected fraud or legal requirements. You may delete your account by contacting us. If we terminate for reasons other than your breach, we will refund prepaid unused credits proportionally where applicable.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Service operator is located. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if negotiation fails, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

15. General Provisions

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or site announcement at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder continues in full effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
